Warehouse production base with offices - Smart Organic

The project envisages the construction of a warehouse production base for organic foods with offices in the city of Sofia. The new base will be located next to the active production of the largest distributor and producer of organic food and beverages in Bulgaria - Smart Organic. The base is divided into 2 parts, with the southwestern part being a cold storage with a clear height of 12.00 m, and the northeastern part including a production-administrative area with 3 floors and a partial mezzanine with a total unfolded built-up area of ​​5045 sq.m.
