ITower is a 113-meter building that will house the new 5-star Marriott hotel. The location is opposite the Ministry of Agriculture, on the site of the former "Salt Market", next to the KNSB building. The project is a complex of two buildings - one six-story with offices, shopping center, fitness, spa, restaurants and a second 30-story tower connected to it. It will house the hotel part with 232 rooms, conference and ballrooms from the ground floor to the 21st floor, and apartments will be made from the 22nd to the 29th. There will be a panoramic restaurant on the top floor. Three floors of parking and service rooms will be built underground. The land on which the buildings are being built is nearly 5 acres in size, and the expanded built-up area of ​​the site will reach 70,000 square meters.
