Iztok Plaza
The multifunctional building "Iztok Plaza" includes offices, a hotel, apartments, restaurants and underground garages. The building is located on Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd. and Tintyava St. in the Iztok district, on the site of the former "Iztok" service station.
The building has a built-up area of 87 thousand square meters, of which 55.6 thousand square meters are above ground.
The investor is "East Plaza Invest" Ltd.
